Spring Couch to 5K! Get Running!


Dr. Tracy of Active Body will be heading up another group couch-to-5K training program!  This will begin on March 1st and will end with the Run to Remember.  Absolutely no running experience is required!  We will meet twice a week for group runs (you’ll have to do one on your own).  We’ll keep you posted on any further details but mark your Monday and Wednesday nights (at 6pm) in March!
